Internal Rules – Charnel Club
Article 1 – Purpose
These rules are intended to ensure the proper functioning, safety, hygiene, and mutual respect between clients and staff within the Charnel Club. Anyone present on the premises declares to have read and fully accepted these rules.
Article 2 – Access to the Establishment
Access is restricted to adults (18+); ID may be required.
Management reserves the right of admission, especially in cases of inappropriate behavior, advanced intoxication, or attire deemed unsuitable.
The entrance fee includes 4 drinks (soft/alcohol), various snacks, and private access to a room upstairs, available at the time of service with the hostess.
Article 3 – Client Behavior
Any violent, offensive, racist, sexist, or discriminatory behavior will result in immediate and permanent expulsion.
It is strictly forbidden to harass other clients or staff.
The use of drugs or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited. If such substances are found, the police will be contacted.
Article 4 – Orders and Consumption
- Alcohol is served only to adult customers.
- Excessive alcohol consumption may result in refusal of service.
- After 2 hours spent with the same hostess, a bottle will be requested by her (after 8 PM).
- Drinks consumed upstairs in your private space (room) are considered takeaway service. No table service is provided.
- It is forbidden to bring food or drinks from outside.
Article 5 – Respect for the Hostesses
- The hostess may refuse a client as a partner.
- The hostess may refuse or interrupt certain sexual acts at any time.
- The hostess may interrupt or break off contact with the client.
- The hostess may set conditions on her own sexuality.
Article 7 – Respect for the Premises
Any voluntary or involuntary damage (to furniture, decor, restrooms, etc.) may result in compensation from the responsible client.
Smoking or vaping inside the premises is strictly prohibited, except in designated areas.
Article 8 – Safety
- In case of an incident or fire, follow staff instructions and signage.
- Emergency exits must remain clear at all times.
- Lost items will be handed over to management and kept for 30 days.
- Management declines any responsibility in case of theft within the establishment.
Article 9 – Music and Atmosphere
- Sound levels are set in accordance with current regulations.
- Respect for the neighborhood is expected, especially when leaving the premises or in surrounding areas.
Article 10 – Image Rights
Photography is strictly prohibited inside the establishment.
Article 11 – Enforcement
Staff is authorized to enforce these rules.
In case of non-compliance, sanctions may apply: warning, refusal of service, or expulsion.
